PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 27 December 2024, the Company purchased in the market 18,656 Ordinary shares at a price of 238.2680 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

41,199,465 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

1,033,609 Ordinary shares held in treasury

42,233,074 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
