Notice of Annual General Meeting
Macfarlane Group PLC confirms its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central, 36 Cambridge Street, Glasgow G2 3HN.
The Group's Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders on 11 April 2025 and is available on the Company's website: www.macfarlanegroup.com.
As set out in the Group's Notice of AGM, this will be an in-person AGM. Shareholders may ask questions regarding the business of the AGM in advance by emailing [email protected].
A copy of the Group's Notice of Meeting for Macfarlane Group PLC's Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2025 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
