Teenager clothes specialist JD Sports releases interim results on Tuesday where like for like sales growth is likely to be positive but the news on the gross margin may be less so.The share price of engine consultant Ricardo Group has recovered strongly since the company issued a mild profits warning in May. The company has seen fourth quarter order intake return to more normal levels after a tough third quarter. Broker Charles Stanley is predicting profit before tax of £12.5m and expects the overall tone of the statement to be positive 'pointing to the excellent medium to long term outlook for the business both within its traditional markets and also allied sectors, such as Clean Technology and Defence, where it is gaining increased traction.'Short break specialist Holidaybreak gives a trading update which will indicate whether anecdotal evidence of holidaymakers spurning exotic holidays has been of benefit to the company.
