Drug developer Ark Therapeutics has fallen after announcing a £10.7m cash outflow from operations in 2010. Net cash has fallen to £7.07m, from £14.1m in June, which is £1m less than the market value of Ark. The cash does not include the money received for the sale of Ark's wound care business, which brought in a further £770,000. There will have been a cash outflow since December, though. Ark's net asset value, excluding intangible assets, is just under £17m. Industrial ink jet and laser printing equipment provider Domino Printing Sciences has gone ex-dividend. The dividend is 10.14p a share but the share price decline is three times that figure. Spirent Communications has also gone ex-dividend today but the share price has declined by around four times the 0.86p a share dividend. Drug developer turned cash shell Antisoma making progress with its restructuring. There are 10 employees left and this number will fall further next month. This will conserve cash.
