(Sharecast News) - Senior, the FTSE 250-listed engineering and manufacturing group, has announced that its finance director of seven years is to retire.

Bindi Foyle, who joined Senior in 2006 and became finance director in 2017, is to retire from a full-time executive career and will leave the company in 12 months' time.

"Bindi has been an outstanding member of Senior's leadership team for the past 18 years and an accomplished finance director for the past seven years," said chief executive David Squires.

"I am looking forward to continuing to work with Bindi over the next year as we focus on delivery of our strategy and enhanced value for our shareholders. We will ensure an orderly succession plan is in place."

The company said it will now actively start the succession process, looking for a "high calibre replacement for this key role", according to chair Ian King.
