Sage is reviewing its position after Unit 4 trumped the software firm's public tender offer to buy Poland's Teta for an enterprise value of about £41m.The UK company offered PLN 12.75 in cash for Warsaw-listed Teta, more than the PLN 11.75 per share put forward by Unit 4."The proposed acquisition of Teta complements our existing business in Poland," Sage boss Paul Walker said earlier this week But the company said today it "is reviewing its position at present and will issue a further statement in the course of Monday July 5".
