LONDON (Dow Jones)--Sage Group PLC (SGE.LN), a global supplier of business management software, said Wednesday that following the offer announced on June 23 by Sage for Teta S.A. (TET.WA), Unit 4 N.V. (U4AGR.AE) has increased its own offer for Teta.
