(Sharecast News) - Budget airline Ryanair reported a 10% jump in September passenger numbers on Wednesday.

Traffic rose to 19.1 million from 17.4m in the same month a year earlier, while the load factor - which gauges how full the planes are - was stable at 94%.

On a rolling 12-month basis, passenger numbers grew 8% to 193.6m and the load factor was steady at 94%.

Ryanair said it operated more than 106,000 flights in September.
