Spirent Solution Used to Assess Performance of EV-DO Rev. B) mobile devices. With Spirent, China Telecom is able to ensure superior subscriber quality of experience (QoE) for mobile device and smartphones on its high-speed 3G data network. The EV-DO Rev. B deployment marks the next phase of China Telecom's 3G services rollout. This allows China Telecom to improve the capacity and throughput of its existing wireless network, while enhancing quality of 3G services such as video on demand (VoD), VoIP and streaming video.
