LONDON (Dow Jones)--North Sea-focused oil and gas company Ithaca Energy Inc. (IAE.V) Tuesday reported increasing production throughout the second quarter as the Beatrice field came back online after an outage in the first quarter and its Jacky field performed above its own expectations. Ithaca said oil production in the second quarter averaged 10,217 barrels a day, in total and 4,914 barrels a day net to Ithaca. The June average came to 10,678 barrels a day in total and 5,124 barrels a day net to Ithaca. This compares with first quarter production of 4,193 barrels a day net to Ithaca. The company said the average price for production in April was $73.66 a barrel and $73.35/barrel in May. Deliveries for June are currently being priced.
