Go-Ahead brings Keith Down on board

Southeastern rail franchise operator Go-Ahead has named JD Wetherspoon's Keith Down as its new finance director. He replaces Nick Swift who is leaving to join British Airways as chief financial officer, the transport group confirmed in a company statement.Commenting on the appointment chief executive Keith Ludeman said, "Keith's experience in businesses with a strong consumer angle alongside complex logistics will prove invaluable as we continue to develop what is a very robust business in the months and years ahead." Keith Down will join Go-Ahead on 7 March 2011.
