Housebuilder Galliford Try has won 55.2m pounds of deals to build retirement homes.The ExtraCare Charitable Trust has chosen Galliford's partnerships business to build a £32m retirement village in Coventry, comprising 262 flats for sale or rent as well as health and leisure facilities.Central Bedfordshire Council has also made Galliford preferred bidder for the £13.4m Priory View development in Dunstable, which will provide 83 apartments for older people with support technology and community facilities.Galliford also won a £9.8m contract for an affordable home scheme in Taunton in Somerset.Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald said: "Our Partnerships business is continuing to grow.
