Housebuilder and construction company Galliford Try has won a 38m pound deal to build an office development in western England.The group's building business has won the contract to build the eight-storey Forbury Place project in Reading from client M&G Real Estate and Bell Hammer.Galliford will build 185,000 sq ft of category A office space in the first of two new office complexes on the site of the former Energis House in the town.Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald said: "This successful contract win further cements our position as a leading contractor within the office sector in the south-east."PW
