The Building business of FTSE 250-listed Galliford Try has landed four new contracts worth a total of £82m. The biggest of these is with the Brewery Square Development Company, which as appointed Galliford Try to complete the next phase of the Brewery Square regeneration project in Dorchester in a deal worth £27m. A second agreement, worth £26.4m, has been signed with Hub South West Scotland to design and construct the new Clyde Valley schools campus in Wishaw.Thirdly, the Building business has been appointed to a £16m contract by Brookgate Developments to construct a new 230-bedroom Ibis hotel in Cambridge.Finally, Vesta has appointed the group to construct a new £13.5m commercial office space in central London.
