FTSE 250 movers: Misys rises after 7% revenue growth

Financial software provider Misys reported a 7% rise in year on year revenue in the third quarter ended 28 February 2011, following strong demand for its products, and said it was poised to meet medium-term targets, sending shares higher.Budget airline easyJet is flying higher after reporting that its flew 4.4m passengers in March, 11.9% more than the same time the year before.Retailers Dunelm and Debenhams are performing well on the back of better-than-expected results at blue chip peer Marks & Spencer.Contractor and support services specialist Carillion is also wanted after winning facilities management contracts from two of Britain's best known brands: the Nationwide Building Society and Virgin Media.Plant hire group Ashstead Group is lower despite Panmure Gordon singing its praises and upping its target price from 221p to 235p. The broker increases its profit and earnings per share forecasts for the year ending April 2012 by 14.1% and 17.9%, respectively, as a result of a combination of increased margin expectations and lower interest assumptions.
