EnQuest non-exec joins Barratt's board

(ShareCast News) - EnQuest non-executive director Jock Lennox has been appointed as a non-executive director of Barratt Developments, the housenuilder confirmed on Wednesday.Lennox will continue as a non-executive director at EnQuest. However, Oxford Instruments, on whose board Lennox also serves as a member, said he will not be standing for re-election at the company's annual general meeting on 13 September.At 1503 GMT, Barratt's shares were 9.50p or 1.69% higher at 571.60p.
