Dechra adds non-executive director

Dechra Pharmaceuticals is beefing up its board with the appointment of industry veteran Bryan Morton as a non-executive director.Morton has been in the pharmaceuticals industry for 30 years, spending most of his career with Merck and Bristol Myers Squibb.He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of EUSA Pharma, a specialist pharmaceutical company focusing on oncology, pain control and critical care. Morton founded the company in 2006.Referring to Morton's appointment, Dechra's chairman, Michael Redmond, said: 'We look forward to working with him to further strengthen Dechra's reputation as a leading international veterinary pharmaceutical business.'
