Centamin plummets after negative report from Egyptian authorities

The non-binding recommendations made by the Egyptian State Commissioner's Office to the Supreme Administrative Court, regarding conflicting legal claims over gold miner Centamin´s Sukari mine "were not positive," the company has announced. The first hearing of its appeal is expected to be heard on June 19th. Shares of the outfit have fallen quickly to the bottom of the pile on the FTSE 350 as a result, plummeting by 20.6% to 36.2p in early trading.AB
