(Sharecast News) - Cambridge Cognition, a provider of digital solutions for assessing brain health, announced the formal resignation of Dr Matthew Stork as a director of the company and its subsidiaries on Friday.

The AIM-traded firm said the move followed the earlier announcement on 12 September that Dr Stork had stepped down as chief executive officer.

It said his resignation meant the end of his directorship across all entities within the group.

At 1104 BST, shares in Cambridge Cognition were flat at 28p.
