Simon Bentley, a non-executive director in Mike Ashley's Sports Direct International, has sold four-fifths of his shareholding. Bentley raised £213,000 from selling 200,000 shares at 106.55p each. That leaves Bentley with 50,000 shares in the sports goods retailer. Bentley is a former chairman of outdoor wear retailer Blacks Leisure. Sports Direct recently decided not to bid for Blacks. Sports Direct raised its full year profit forecast following an increase in third quarter earnings. In December, the group said it expected to achieve full year underlying EBITDA of at least £155m after the £10m charge for the bonus share scheme. Based on current trading and subject to current exchange rates, Sports Direct is now targeting underlying EBITDA of at least £160m.Top Director BuysInterserve (IRV) Director name: Mr Tim JonesAmount purchased: 25,106 @ 234.00p Value: £58,748Cape (CIU) Director name: Mr Martin K MayAmount purchased: 15,000 @ 226.00p Value: £33,900ServicePower (SVR) Director name: Mr Hugh Fitzwilliam-LayAmount purchased: 300,000 @ 5.00p Value: £15,000Top Director SellsHikma Pharmaceuticals (HIK) Director name: Mr Samih DarwazahAmount sold: 183,704 @ 650.02p Value: £1,194,113Dairy Farm International (Singapore) (DFI) Director name: Mr Michael KokAmount sold: 94,500 @ $7.10 Value: $671,300Sports Direct International (SPD) Director name: Mr Simon BentleyAmount sold: 200,000 @ 106.55p Value: £213,100
